Long-arm machine quilting is available through
Threads That Bind. We offer free estimates with a
turnaround time of 6 weeks or less on most quilts. When bringing
in a quilt for long-arm work, tops must be clean, groomed
(free of threads), and pressed. Back and batting must be
4 inches wider and 8 to 10 inches longer than the quilt top
and not connected in any way.
With a wide range of pattern motifs available,
we offer pantograph quilting (border to border in one pattern)
at $12 per sq. yard.
Custom quilting (quilting to the quilt) starts at $15 per sq
yd. The degree and intensity of quilting varies this fee so we
ask that you bring or send the top to us and a fee will be
determined prior to any work being done.
Hobbs and Warm & Natural products
are available or you may furnish your own batting. A variety
of 90” and 108” backings are also available, as well as an
assortment of threads with brands ranging from Arc, Aurifil,
Superior to YLI. Samples:
